seeing it all come together on their wedding day without having to

~ Unlimited communication by email and/or phone
~ Vendor contract review
~ Contacts all vendors for final arrangements and confirmations
~ Takes over and serves as sole point of contact for all vendors from
start of service
~ Develops wedding day timeline, formal reception program,
distributes to all vendors
~ Rehearsal coordination
~ On‐site wedding day coordination
~ Arrives at property with first vendor, directs and assists with set up,
ensures day runs smoothly and on‐time in accordance with timeline
~ Unlimited communication by email and/or phone
